Your Role: As a
Backend Developer - .NET Core & SQL Server, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop and manage SQL Server databases, including queries, performance tuning, and data modeling
- Ensure backend systems are secure, scalable, and capable of handling high traffic
- Apply best-practice security techniques across APIs and microservices
- Work autonomously, take ownership of deliverables, and proactively resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system improvements and integrations
What You Need:Non-negotiables- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using .NET Core
- Strong expertise in SQL Server, including query optimization and database design
- Proven experience building and maintaining REST APIs
- Experience developing enterprise-grade applications with scalability and security in mind
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of backend components
Preferred skills / expertise- Experience working with AWS Cloud
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to system design or solution architecture (architect-level experience is a plus)
