This role is not directly customer-facing but supports customer experience through tasks like content moderation, data entry, e-commerce tagging, writing, research, fraud prevention, verification, claims processing, transcription, photo editing, and data management.
Join our Awesome CX by Transcom Family as a Back Office Representative
- Perform different types of research to produce leads using multiple channels
- Send out initial, follow up and reply emails to leads using a set of guides
- Completely and accurately encode information and logs all related interactions in the system
- Assist inventory-controlling staff in maintaining inventory records
- Perform other back-office tasks related to research
- Reclassification of audience demographics (requires work in Excel, being able to manage Pivot tables as well as updating information)
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role you must
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- High Typing Speed and Accuracy
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Have Basic Understanding of Data Validation
- Analytical thinking
