Job Description

Responsibilities:

Create or Update troubleshooting workflows based on business requirements and specifications, using low code programming (Sweepr)
Help organize, prioritize, and act on feedback/fixes and enhancements included in Sprint and Project scopes
Assists with special projects within the teams scope and roadmap
Assists in testing newly released content, and applies fixes and enhancements
Document enhancements and fixes, in tickets
Assists in QA testing and writing test cases

Skills:

Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Analytical thinking
Problem solving skills
Root-cause analysis
Able to understand process flow diagrams
Technical knowledge in TELUS products is a plus
Google sheets/Excel
Testing and attention to details

Good to have skills:

Background in programming: Familiar with java/javascript/json, or any low-code programming/anything similar. (Includes experience from school or previous job)
UAT or QA testing background
Can work using Jira, Figma, Figjam
