Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2C Customer Service Specialist, based in Pasig. The specialist will handle customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide an exceptional experience for clients. Responsibilities include responding to customer concerns through various communication channels, demonstrating effective phone etiquette, resolving customer issues in a timely manner, and ensuring a positive customer journey. Collaboration with team members to enhance processes and resolve challenges is also part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills to effectively address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering positive Customer Experience.
  • Strong Phone Etiquette skills for professional communication with clients.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or related fields is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are an advantage.
