Customer Service Expert with a strong background in B2B sales, particularly within a
BPO environment.
This is not your typical customer service role. You'll work directly with
corporate vehicle sellers, managing the full client journeyfrom lead qualification to appraisal coordination and offer presentation. If you've worked with

About The Role
As a key point of contact for business clients, youll manage incoming leads, coordinate internal processes, and deliver high-level client service. Your role will be essential in maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and strong B2B relationships throughout the sales process.
- Respond to inquiries from corporate clients and business sellers
- Qualify vehicle leads and guide them through the B2B sales pipeline
- Coordinate appraisals, present offers, and assist in deal closure
- Maintain accurate records using CRM platforms and Excel
- Ensure professional and timely communication with business clients
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless transactions
- Minimum of 23 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a BPO setting
- Proven ability to manage business client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Background in the automotive or corporate sales support industry is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a night shift
