The B2B Sales Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and partners. The role focuses on generating sales, managing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities to help the company grow its market presence.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B clients, corporate accounts, and business partners
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Present, promote, and sell company products or services to business clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales presentations
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients in coordination with management
- Conduct regular client meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics, and accounting) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Monitor client accounts, payments, and collections in coordination with Accounting
- Provide after-sales support and address client concerns or issues promptly
- Track sales activities and prepare regular sales reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform other tasks related to sales and business development as assigned by management
Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related course
With experience in B2B sales, corporate accounts, or business development (preferred)
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Results-driven and target-oriented
Able to build and maintain professional relationships
Willing to do fieldwork and client visits
