iOPEX is a new-generation, AI-powered digital transformation partner delivering Intelligence as a Service to global enterprises.
As a B2B Outbound Sales Representative focused on the North American IT Services market, you will be on the front lines of our growth. Your core mission is to identify and qualify new business opportunities by strategically engaging potential clients.
The ideal candidate has proven US IT cold-calling experience and is a skilled user of CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot), possessing the target-driven mindset and strong research capabilities necessary to fuel iOPEX's continuous expansion.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Initiating conversations with prospects through cold calling, emailing, and other
sources.
- Have business conversations with potential customers to identify pain areas and challenges that will help in qualifying the opportunity.
- Presenting company offerings and taking the prospects through the lead generation cycle to convert them into potential opportunities.
- Moving leads through the funnel to set up meetings.
- Should be able to handle the initial customer call to identify and qualify the
opportunity.
- Profiling and qualifying companies based on industries, geography, revenue,
employee strength, and vertical.
- Extensively knowledgeable in secondary research on companies and decision-makers using different market research tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Proficient in the use of CRM to track daily sales activities.
- Should have strong research capabilities and a good understanding of the North American market, industries, and IT Services.
- Identifying Decision-makers, and influencers in department-wise and collecting
required information like email id, contact number, domain, responsibilities, etc.
Skillsets Required:
- Strong verbal & written communication
- 2+ years US IT cold-calling experience
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Navigator, CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot), ZoomInfo/Apollo
- Team player with strong research and target-driven mindset
