As a B2B Demand Generation and Digital Marketing Manager, you will design and execute revenue-focused marketing strategies that directly influence pipeline performance and enterprise growth. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with a focus on demand generation and ABM
  • Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong understanding of ABM strategies and audience development
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows, lifecycle stages, reporting, and attribution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
  • Ability to work independently while aligning closely with marketing leadership
  • Experience in B2Bservices, SaaS, or enterprise-focused marketing environments preferred
  • Familiarity with intent data, enrichment tools, or ABM platforms preferred
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills preferred
  • Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise sales motions preferred

Responsibilities

Demand Generation and ABM Strategy

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation and ABM strategies aligned with company growth objectives
  • Lead campaign planning from concept to launch, including account strategy, audience strategy, channel mix, sequencing, messaging, and campaign structure
  • Identify testing, innovation, and optimization opportunities to improve lead quality, pipeline contribution, and engagement with high-value accounts

Digital Campaign Planning and Coordination

  • Own the planning and orchestration of digital marketing initiatives across PPC, paid social, website, SEO, and ABM efforts
  • Align with channel specialists on priorities, timelines, and execution requirements
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with content, design, web, and operations teams
  • Ensure campaigns are properly documented, clearly communicated, and executed according to plan

Platform and Tool Enablement

  • Maintain active involvement across Google, Microsoft Bing, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Factors.AI, and Apollo
  • Support audience development, insight generation, and campaign configuration
  • Evaluate and enhance platform utilization to maximize effectiveness and return on investment

HubSpot, Reporting, and Analytics

  • Build and maintain end-to-end marketing reporting frameworks to track campaign performance, funnel progression, and attribution
  • Create dashboards and reports that provide executive-level insights and detailed performance analysis
  • Use data insights to recommend strategic adjustments, budget allocation, and campaign prioritization
  • Develop workflows and automations within HubSpot to support campaign execution and lead management
  • Partner with Sales Operations to align marketing activities, data accuracy, and revenue outcomes

Performance and Budget Management

  • Support budget planning, pacing, and optimization across demand generation initiatives
  • Recommend and implement testing strategies, budget reallocations, and performance improvements
  • Communicate results, insights, and recommendations to marketing leadership

  • Coordinate demand generation and ABM initiatives across teams using data-driven insights
  • Deliver reporting that enhances visibility and supports informed decision-making
  • Generate higher-quality leads and sustainable pipeline growth through digital initiatives
  • Establish scalable processes, documentation, and workflows as the business grows
