Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end management of assigned B2B journey(s), including performance monitoring, strategic planning, and executive alignment.
Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, proactively resolving questions and issues.
Drive initiative prioritization, forecasting, and governance to ensure alignment with transformation objectives.
Lead resource planning, cross-functional execution, and issue remediation while managing demand and budget analysis.
Manage business reviews and develop executive reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual, ad hoc) with accuracy and actionable insights.
Track progress against plans and communicate updates, including recommendations for remediation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing
5 years strategic experience in healthcare, financial services, or consumer packaged goods
Strong strategic planning and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
Experience in resource management and operational execution.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with performance metrics such as NPS and customer satisfaction KPIs.
Strong organizational, analytical, and data skills
Able to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize effectively, and deliver results quickly in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to work with senior executives, build strong stakeholder relationships, and gain support for key initiatives
Skilled in setting and achieving measurable goals, including financial targets, ROI, and other performance metrics
Capable of creating clear, impactful reports and presentations for leadership
