Job Description:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will be dynamic, requiring you to analyze problems, collaborate with team members, and implement solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.

- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.

- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.

- Experience in managing and configuring Azure DevOps pipelines.

- Proficient in scripting and automation to streamline processes.

- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.

- This position is based at our Manila office.
