Job Summary: In this role, you will have responsibility for design, management, delivery and ongoing evaluation of learning programs and programming that help our employees advance their skills and knowledge, while identifying growth gaps. Support the plans to bridge these gaps by being a consultant of the various programs and programming driven by the Learning and Development team. You will support ongoing development in line with current organizational needs by partnering with stakeholders and HR partners across all hubs (U.S., India and Philippines), as well as anticipating future development needs across all levels of the business.
The AVP, L&D has an acute sense of the organizational goals and objectives, and designs and delivers learning experiences in alignment
Has a strong understanding of the various portfolios and the sub-processes and their specific learning and development requirements.
Adopts a mindset in all learning and development initiatives, rooted in strategic thinking, including needs identification, design, delivery, support and curation that results in holistic learning framework
Education Requirements: - Bachelors degree with 5+ years experience in learning and development/financial services, or in lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in learning and development/financial services.
- Minimum 2 years of learning, facilitation, instructional design and/or program management experience.
- Strategic thinking proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility in work hours in support of hybrid environment.
- Working Knowledge of MS Office applications, including Teams.
Experience Requirements:- Minimum 2+ years demonstrated learning & development leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to report data and analyze learning processes using reporting tools like Tableau / SAS Bi for improvements and recommend appropriate changes to leadership and employees
- Ability to think and act strategically in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities with little supervision in a virtual environment
- Strong in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven facilitation skills and experience in delivering presentations at various levels of the organization
- Experience in Project management and maintaining budgets
- Experience in Supplier Management with strong communication and negotiation skills, with a good ability to build relations with Supplier partners
Job Description:- Develop and deploy Leadership Development programs and programming within the organization to ensure our employees are equipped with the necessary competencies to be successful at work.
- Implement various tools of learning needs identification and assessments viz., surveys, brainstorming, one-to-one meetings
- Create, maintain and report Learning Dashboards for the L&D team and function being serviced; effectively measuring impact of all learning interventions by monitoring the success of the programs enabling employees to make the most of learning opportunities and deliver value for the business
- Act as a lead, facilitate programs and engage as a producer to support program delivery as per learning plans
- Identify and embrace various types of learning coaching, job-shadowing, workshops, classroom, online etc. across in-person, virtual and hybrid worlds to meet the business/individual need
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships across all levels of the organization and functions/hubs with consistent stakeholder, Workforce Planning Ops and HR partner engagement, while gaining and sustaining credibility and trust
- Partner and support across hubs, globally, to assess skill gaps or areas of support and advocate Learning and Development solutions
- Collaborate with managers and key stakeholders to provide relevant learning opportunities
- Liaise with learning partners to optimize resource utilization and identify collaboration opportunity
- Develop and drive stakeholder assessments, learning plans and projects that assist in facilitation of strategic learning goals
- Measure impact and demonstrable change from learning needs identification to post learning outcomes
- Create and maintain analytic rigor for learner audience, including nominations, footfall, coverage, diversity and impact of all learning interventions
- Build strong Supplier relationships and support the Supplier Management lifecycle in partnership with the Sourcing and Supplier Management Team facilitating best-fit partners to deliver domain specific content when called for
- Stays abreast with the developments and challenges for driving a Learning Culture and bringing insights to the L&D team to effectively develop strategies and focused learning interventions
