- Graduate ofBachelor's Degree
- Willing to work on aHYBRID Set-up in Pasay: with 3 days onsite schedule/ week & 2 days work from home
- Amenable to work on a shifting Schedule
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Virtual Desktop
- RelevantMicrosoft or Nerdio certificationshighly desirable
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployment and administration.
- Preferred Skills and Experience
- Certifications:AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-140, MD-102, Nerdio certifications.
- PowerShell scripting, Bicep, or Terraform automation.
- Experience inenterprise/BPO/MSP environments with 24x7 support exposure.
- Understanding ofConditional Access, Entra ID, and hybrid identity.
- Strong troubleshooting skills acrossVDI, profiles, networking, and storage.
- Hands-on withAzure Virtual Machines (compute, networking, backup).
- Working knowledge ofAzure Compute Gallery for image lifecycle management.
- Experience withNerdio Manager for Enterprise (NME) (or deep AVD experience with willingness to upskill).
- Expertise inNME Auto-Scaling and Auto-Healing configurations.
- Proficiency withMicrosoft Intune (MDM/MAM, Autopilot, compliance policies).
- Administration ofFSLogix Profile Containers with Office 365 integration.
- Storage administration withAzure Files and/or Azure NetApp Files.
- Advanced knowledge ofWindows OS (Windows 10/11) enterprise configuration.
- Good communication skills
