Automotive Technician

Key Responsibilities

Supervise technicians daily repair output.

Conduct diagnostics, quality checks, and preventive maintenance.

Maintain repair logs and tool and parts inventory.

Coordinate with the Repair Lead for job assignments.

Qualifications

Technical vocational course in Automotive or equivalent.

At least 3 years of experience in automotive repair.

NC 2 Required

Leadership and mentoring ability.

Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of vehicle systems

Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues accurately

Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic record-keeping and reporting skills
