Ascendion is currently looking for a Quality Automation Specialist with Salesforce experience to support projects with our insurance partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for validating Salesforce solutions by ensuring all enhancements, configurations, and customizations meet business and technical requirements.
- Designs, develops, and executes automated test scripts for Salesforce modules, integrations, and workflows to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Collaborates closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Performs functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce clouds and related systems.
- Identifies defects, logs issues, and supports the development team in root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards, best practices, and testing methodologies specific to Salesforce environments.
- Utilizes tools such as Selenium, Postman, JIRA, or other automation and validation tools aligned with Salesforce testing.
- Contributes to continuous improvement of automation frameworks, processes, and test strategies to enhance overall product quality.
