Qualifications:
- Bachelor's /master's degree in engineering or equivalent
- 5 to 8 yrs experience in Automation Testing.
Required Technical Skills:
- Should have experience in designing Custom Automation Framework.
- Should have experience developing automation scripts for Web based and Desktop based applications
- Good in Rest Api testing
- Proficient in Automation tools like Playwright and Selenium.
- Proficient in programming language Python.
- Experience writing Test Plans and Test Cases
- Experience in other Programming Languages like Java is an added advantage.
Desired Technical Skills:
- Experience working with CI / CD / CT tools such as docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
- Knowledge on Build and Continuous Integration (CI) system like Jenkins.
- Experience working with Maven and GitHub.
- Experience working with at least one cloud environment (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure etc.)
- Knowledge on YAML is an added advantage.
Required Soft Skills:
- Experience in performing problem determination & root cause analysis
- Strong analytical ability with good practice in breaking down complex problems into simple tasks to be delegated to other team members
- Dedicated to continual self-development
- Good teamwork
- Leadership, delegation and accountability
- Ability to collaborate with geographically distributed cross-functional teams
- Ability to multi-task
- Fluent written and spoken English
