Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that include analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across various clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, performing maintenance and enhancements, and contributing to the overall development work of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards. - Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation in software development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Selenium. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Playwright. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Proficient in writing automated test scripts and frameworks. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
