Role: Automation Test Analyst (UiPath)
We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Automation Test Analyst with strong handson expertise in UiPath and automation testing to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts that ensure the reliability, accuracy, and quality of RPA solutions before deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for UiPath workflows.
- Collaborate with developers, RPA analysts, and business stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Execute endtoend functional, regression, and performance tests.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues until resolution.
- Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test data.
- Ensure test coverage, traceability, and overall solution quality.
- Participate in code reviews and continuously improve QA best practices.
- Support UAT and production rollout through defect analysis and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience, with 12 years focused on UiPath RPA testing.
- Strong understanding of automation testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience using test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Familiarity with UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Studio, and related components.
- Strong grasp of SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD processes.
- Experience with scripting/programming languages (Python, C#, VB.NET) is a plus.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- UiPath certifications (e.g., RPA Developer Foundation, Advanced RPA Developer).
- Experience testing other RPA platforms (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Experience with UiPath Test Suite or UiPath Test Manager.
- Knowledge of API testing, SQL, or performance testing tools.
