NonNegotiable Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Python for automation, scripting, tooling, and diagnostics
• Solid proficiency in PowerShell for Windows automation and infrastructure tasks
• Proven ability to deliver automation end-to-end: solutioning design development testing production deployment support
• Experience building automations for self-healing, health checks, operational tools, recovery scripts, and request fulfillment
• Excellent debugging skills across logs, metrics, and alerts
• Strong focus on error handling, resilience patterns (retries, rollbacks, idempotency)
• Creative problem-solver with a mindset for continuous improvement

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years in automation engineering, scripting, or tooling
• Demonstrated experience delivering production-grade automation with Python & PowerShell
• Experience integrating with APIs, working with JSON/XML, and handling authentication (OAuth, tokens)
• Familiarity with Git, version control standards, and CI/CD best practices
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Python and PowerShell-based automation solutions
• Build selfhealing routines to reduce incidents and improve MTTR
• Develop system health check tools, dashboards, and readiness scripts
• Create recovery scripts and remediation tooling for consistent, reliable operations
• Automate runbooks, workflows, and request fulfillment processes
• Partner with stakeholders for requirement gathering, feasibility assessment, and solution design
• Produce documentation including design notes, support guides, runbooks, and change records
• Provide production support for deployed automation and drive continuous improvements
• Ensure all solutions meet security, compliance, and governance standards
