Non-negotiable Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience withPythonfor automation, scripting, operational tooling, and diagnostics
- Solid proficiency inPowerShellfor Windows-based automation, infrastructure tasks, and system integrations
- Demonstrated ability to deliver automation end-to-end: solutioning, design, development, testing, deployment to production, and support
- Experience building automations acrossself-healing, health checks,operational tools, recovery scripts, and request fulfillment
- Strongdebugging skills(logs/metrics/alerts), robust error handling, and resilience patterns (retries, rollbacks, idempotency)
Other Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in automation engineering, scripting, or operational tooling
- Experience integrating with APIs and handling JSON/XML; familiarity with authentication (OAuth, tokens) is a plus
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices is preferred

Responsibilities
- Design, test, and deploy robust automation solutions usingPython and PowerShell.
- Buildself-healing routinesand health-check dashboards to reduce incident volume, lower MTTR, and mitigate risks.
- Develop standardized recovery scripts and automated workflows to replace manual runbooks, increasing execution speed and accuracy.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable automation tools.
- Manage production stability through troubleshooting, continuous code improvements, and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Ensure all code meets strict compliance standards through rigorous peer reviews and formal change management processes.
