We are looking for a Automation Engineer (Food Manufacturing) to lead and implement automation and process improvement initiatives across the JFC Group's manufacturing sites. This role is critical in driving productivity, efficiency, and innovation through strategic projects that align with company standards and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Identification & Project Scoping
- Identify and assess automation and process improvement opportunities across commissaries.
- Develop detailed project scope documentation using standardized scope lock sheets.
Supplier Selection & Project Funding
- Lead supplier selection aligned with technical and business requirements.
- Prepare and present project funding proposals for management approval.
Equipment Testing & Validation
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to ensure equipment meets performance standards before deployment.
Project Execution & Handover
- Manage end-to-end execution of equipment installation and qualification.
- Ensure smooth handover of new systems to manufacturing operations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or related field.
- Must have at least five (5) years experience in process innovation and automation in a food manufacturing industry.
- Must have automation experience and leading process improvement projects.
- With experience in Engineering project management and initiative management processes from a multi-national company or industry, preferably in a food or FMCG industries.
- Must have excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna.
