Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field

General Skills

  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Mentally and physically fit

Technical Skills

  • Experience designing and implementing automated systems
  • Proficient in PLC, HMI, and automation software
  • Strong knowledge of robotics, pneumatics, and industrial control systems
  • Familiar with automation safety standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Experience Required

  • 5+ years in automation engineering
  • CAD proficiency
  • Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
  • Knowledge of IIoT and smart manufacturing
  • Experience collaborating with global teams

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated systems
  • Create and maintain PLC/HMI programs
  • Integrate robotic and pneumatic systems
  • Ensure smooth system integration with production equipment
  • Optimize processes for efficiency and cost reduction
  • Collaborate globally for aligned automation strategies
  • Troubleshoot and maintain automation systems
  • Document technical designs and maintenance procedures
  • Train production staff on automated systems
