Automation and Equipment Maintenance Technician - SCommerce (Bulacan)

Job Description:

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on robots and automation equipment (e.g. conveyors, packing machines, automated storage and retrieval system and robotic system)
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on robots and automation equipment to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, scanners, and control panels.
• Conduct regular audit inventory of spare parts to ensure availability
• Ensure compliance of all automation systems with the safety standards
• Provide technical support to warehouse operations during daily activities
• Oversee materials handling equipment such as Reach trucks, Counterbalance, and Powered pallet truck
• Document maintenance activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering preferably with PRC license and NCII
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in automation engineering projects, equipment maintenance, conveyors, and material handling equipment
• Experience with industrial automation is preferred
• Knowledge of PLCs, HMI, VFD, robotics, programming, and motor control
• Familiarity with conveyors, sortation systems, AS/RS and robotic
• Proficient in reading technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
• Skilled in troubleshooting
• Knowledge of safety regulations, preventive maintenance, and asset management
• Excellent problem solving, communication and project management skills
• Willing to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan
