Perform regular preventive maintenance on robots and automation equipment (e.g. conveyors, packing machines, automated storage and retrieval system and robotic system)
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on robots and automation equipment to minimize downtime
Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, scanners, and control panels.
Conduct regular audit inventory of spare parts to ensure availability
Ensure compliance of all automation systems with the safety standards
Provide technical support to warehouse operations during daily activities
Oversee materials handling equipment such as Reach trucks, Counterbalance, and Powered pallet truck
Document maintenance activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering preferably with PRC license and NCII
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in automation engineering projects, equipment maintenance, conveyors, and material handling equipment
Experience with industrial automation is preferred
Knowledge of PLCs, HMI, VFD, robotics, programming, and motor control
Familiarity with conveyors, sortation systems, AS/RS and robotic
Proficient in reading technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
Skilled in troubleshooting
Knowledge of safety regulations, preventive maintenance, and asset management
Excellent problem solving, communication and project management skills
