Job Description:

Design and maintain warehouse automation machine like conveyors, packing machine, automated storage and retrieval system and robotics
Monitor system performance and implement improvements
Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, scanners, and control panels
Ensure smooth integration of automation equipment with existing system
Coordinate with vendors on control logic updates, software enhancements, and system upgrades
Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs for automated equipment
Analyze breakdowns and root causes, implementing corrective and preventive actions
Ensure spare parts availability and technical documentation are updated
Lead or support automation projects from concept to go-live
Review technical drawings, and project schedules
Ensure all automation systems comply with safety standards
Provide technical support to warehouse operations during daily activities
Will oversee materials handling equipment such as Reach trucks, Counterbalance, and Powered pallet truck

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferably with PRC license
At least 3 to 5 years experience in related automation engineering projects, equipment maintenance, conveyors, and material handling equipment
Knowledge of PLCs, HMI, VFD, robotics, programming, and motor control
Familiarity with conveyors, sortation systems, AS/RS and robotic
Proficient in reading technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Knowledge of safety regulations, preventive maintenance, and asset management
Excellent problem solving, communication and project management skills
Strong Analytical skills proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
