Automation Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Enablement & Governance

Support the administration, optimization, and maintenance of digital platforms used across GLE (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, Learning Management Systems, and CVENT)

Identify and implement automation opportunities using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Alteryx, or RPA solutions.

Ensure digital tools follow governance standards for consistency, security, and compliance.

Collaborate with IT, compliance, and HR Digital teams to manage access, content, and documentation related to digital systems.

Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and governance materials.

Monitor system performance, collect user feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance usability and efficiency.

Business Partnership & Communication

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, and business partners, to align digital initiatives with business needs and governance standards.

Communicate updates on digital tools, automation efforts, and project outcomes clearly and effectively.

Support change management and adoption activities for new tools and systems.

Present process improvements and project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.

Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and agility in digital solution delivery.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in digital platform management, automation, and governance frameworks.

Advanced proficiency with enterprise digital tools (e.g., Power Platform, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or CVENT).

Experience with workflow automation, integration, and process improvement.

Experience leading or supporting digital transformation or automation initiatives.

Strong project management skills, including milestone tracking and stakeholder communication.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to simplify complex digital topics.

Strong business acumen and ability to translate digital opportunities into business value.

Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
