About the role
As an Australian Mortgage Broking Loan Processor, your work will include preparing lender forms, assessing client needs and funding positions, and ensuring client details are accurate and updated in the CRM. You'll also coordinate with banks, solicitors, and clients to ensure a seamless application process.
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Experience)
- Completed at least 2 years of college in any course
- Experienced in supporting an Australian mortgage broker or broking company
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is highly regarded
- Proficient with mortgage CRM tools such as MyCRM, FLEX, Mercury, Infinity, SalesTrekker, or ApplyOnline
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end Australian mortgage process
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and research capability
- Open for applicants looking for an Onsite/Hybrid/WFH setup.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Collect, prepare, verify, and maintain all required client work papers and documentation
- Assist in the loan application process, including loan processing, credit analysis, and parabroking support
- Prepare lender application forms and DA forms accurately and on time
- Conduct needs analysis, product assessment, and funding position based on each client's situation
- Manage, review, and update client information in the CRM
- Liaise with banks, solicitors, and clients to ensure the timely progression of applications
