Job Description
Be part of our client's team as an Australian Financial Planning Paraplanner, delivering compliant, client-ready Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) within Australia's regulated financial services environment.
You will collaborate directly with authorised representatives, manage Xplan workflows, and ensure advice documentation aligns with AFS licensee standards. Your expertise will directly enhance adviser productivity, maintain regulatory integrity, and strengthen client trust.
The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum 3 years of Australian paraplanning experience within an AFS-licensed financial advice environment
- Proven expertise preparing compliant SOAs and ROAs in line with AFS licensee requirements
- Advanced hands-on experience with Xplan (workflows, modeling, and advice production)
- Strong knowledge of Australian financial products, advice structures, and compliance frameworks
- Confident communicator able to collaborate effectively with Australian advisers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning systems
- Relevant tertiary qualification preferred
- Experience supporting training, technical reviews, or compliance updates is an advantage
Your Daily Tasks
- Prepare accurate and compliant SOAs and ROAs aligned with Australian legislation
- Review and refine advice documentation to uphold AFS licensee standards
- Coordinate closely with authorised representatives on strategy implementation
- Manage end-to-end paraplanning workflows to meet turnaround timelines
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian regulatory changes
- Support process enhancements to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency
- Contribute to adviser capability through technical insights and knowledge sharing
