IMPORTANT: Proven with the Australian lodging of Superannuation, PAYG, and BAS experience are required for this role.Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Generate and manage invoices, as well as oversee billing processes in Xero.
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping in Xero (experience required; certification preferred).
- Prepare, reconcile, and lodge Superannuation, PAYG, and BAS.
- Assist in financial forecasting and generate month-end financial reports.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
- Handle purchase order reconciliations and banking transactions.
- Maintain and update financial records and payment forecasts using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Support the sales team by updating and maintaining the stock availability spreadsheet in Google Sheets.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bookkeeping Certification/Bachelors Degree in Accountancy (Highly desirable) - Strong understanding of financial record-keeping and transaction management.
- Proven Australian Bookkeeping with lodging of Superannuation, PAYG, and BAS experience is preferred
- Xero Proficiency: Hands-on experience in Xero for bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting (Xero certification preferred).
- Microsoft Office Expertise: Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook for financial documentation and reporting.
- Google Workspace Experience - Proficiency in Google Sheets
- CRM Experience (Highly desirable) - Familiarity with Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Strong Communication Skills - Ability to write clear, professional, and client-focused emails.
- Attention to Detail - Commitment to accuracy and consistency in financial data management.
Work Environment & ExpectationsWhile this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.
This role requires:
Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)
Use of time tracking software during work hours
Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task
Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Monthly Salary: Php 35,0002. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
