Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Dayshift)
Salary Range: Php 59,000 - Php 104,000

As an Auditor, you are the technical vanguard of the audit process. In this high-impact role, you are the pilot of the mission-managing risk, navigating complex compliance landscapes, and providing the expert oversight that ensures financial integrity. Your Impact

  • Architect of Audit Strategy: Lead the planning and execution of audit assignments for small to medium-sized jobs. You will apply the audit risk model, determine materiality, and oversee sampling, ensuring every file is cost-effective and strictly compliant with organizational standards.
  • Strategic Client Liaison: Move beyond the numbers to understand the heartbeat of our clients businesses. You will participate in clearance meetings, provide process improvement advice, and identify additional service opportunities that add real commercial value to our partners.
  • Mentor and Quality Guardian: Act as the primary point of control for the audit team. You will allocate tasks, train junior staff on evolving audit standards, and conduct high-level work paper reviews to ensure every audit file is finalized to a gold standard before it reaches the Directors.
  • Drive Financial Accuracy: Take ownership of financial statement preparation, representation letters, and the reconciliation of all confirmations. You'll maintain the integrity of the firm by staying ahead of legislative changes and reporting requirements.

What You Bring

  • The Credentials: You are CPA Qualified with a degree in Accounting and at least 3 years of dedicated Audit experience within an Australian accounting or audit firm.
  • Technical Savviness: High-level proficiency in industry-standard software such as APS, MYOB, Xero, Caseware, and U-track, alongside an expert grasp of Microsoft Office.
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of AU accounting standards. You are an innovative problem-solver who can manage budgets, set timetables, and communicate complex findings with clarity and professional acumen.
