Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead our internal and external audit functions. This role will ensure compliance, strengthen internal controls, safeguard company assets, and recommend process improvements across our operations, including multiple retail branches.

Key Responsibilities

·      Oversee internal audits (expense, payroll, manpower costs, treasury cash counts)

·      Oversee spot audits for branches (inventory, cash count, compliance with SOPs)

·      Develop and implement audit policies and process improvements

·      Prepare and present audit findings to management

·      Supervise and mentor audit staffs

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred)

·      5+ years experience in internal/external audit, preferably in wholesale/retail or FMCG

·      Strong knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and inventory audits

·      Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

·      Willing to travel to branch locations as required
