Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-performing Recruitment Agent (Outbound) with strong recruitment sales and business development experience. This role requires someone who can build and expand a client base, identify revenue opportunities, and contribute to the company's growth strategy.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for Legal, Finance, IT, and C-Suite executive roles and can clearly demonstrate tangible revenue generation, including presenting a 30-60-90 day plan for business development and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound recruitment sales activities to acquire new clients and expand the company's market presence.
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio across sectors suchas Legal, Finance, IT, and Executive/C-Suite hiring.
- Identify opportunities to generate and grow revenue through new and existing client partnerships.
- Present a clear and measurable 30-60-90 day revenue plan, outlining strategies for client acquisition and growth.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment sales lifecycle, from prospecting and client engagement to successful placement.
- Provide tangible examples of revenue generated through recruitment placements or account growth.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver high-quality candidate pipelines aligned with client needs.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop long-term client relationships and strategic accounts.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience inrecruitment agency sales or business development, with a strong track record of revenue generation.
- Experience recruiting or selling recruitment serviceswithin Legal, Finance, IT, and C-Suite / Executive markets.
- Background working in ahigh-performing recruitment agencyenvironment that services theAustralian professional recruitment market.
- Strong outbound client acquisition and recruitment sales experience.
- Ability to clearly articulate how revenue was built within previous recruitment organizations, supported by measurable achievements.
- Demonstrated ability to build a client base and grow accounts within competitive recruitment markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
