About this role. . .

We are looking for a Senior Auditor with 3-5 years of Australian audit experience. This role involves managing small-to-medium audit clients, leading audits end-to-end, and reviewing work prepared by junior team members. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and firm methodology while mentoring less experienced staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage small-to-medium audit clients and lead engagements from planning to completion.
• Review work prepared by graduates, juniors, and intermediates for accuracy.
• Prepare and review financial statements for compliance with AASB and IFRS standards.
• Ensure adherence to audit documentation standards and firm methodology.
• Utilize audit software proficiently for documentation and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of Australian audit experience.
• Ability to lead audits end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Reviews work of graduates, juniors, and intermediates.
• Prepares/reviews financial statements for compliance.
• Proficient in audit software and documentation standards.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
