Job Background

  • PeoplePartners is hiring for one of our amazing clients a registered training organization (RTO) on a mission to make communities safer through high-quality, engaging training. And good news: they're Great Place to Work Certified.

About the Role

  • You'll join as a Junior Product Developer, helping bring training content to life. If you're eager to sharpen your instructional design skills and want to create content that makes a real impact this is your launchpad.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform learning materials into interactive e-learning using Rise 360.
  • Build assessments, guides, session plans and presentations.
  • Use Canva and video tools to boost visual engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams and subject matter experts.
  • Ensure everything is learner-friendly, compliant and on-brand.

  • Maybe you've dipped your toes into instructional design or content creation and can't wait to dive deeper.
  • You ask great questions, meet deadlines like a pro, and love collaborating.

  • You've got 12 years of relevant experience.
  • You've played with tools like Rise 360/Articulate, or Canva.
  • You've worked on learning materials, designs, or even training content.
  • You're open to feedback and always up for learning new tech.
