About the Role
- You'll join as a Junior Product Developer, helping bring training content to life. If you're eager to sharpen your instructional design skills and want to create content that makes a real impact this is your launchpad.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Transform learning materials into interactive e-learning using Rise 360.
- Build assessments, guides, session plans and presentations.
- Use Canva and video tools to boost visual engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams and subject matter experts.
- Ensure everything is learner-friendly, compliant and on-brand.

- You've got 12 years of relevant experience.
- You've played with tools like Rise 360/Articulate, or Canva.
- You've worked on learning materials, designs, or even training content.
- You're open to feedback and always up for learning new tech.
