Your Daily Mission

As a Candidate Resourcer, your goal is to find, engage, and qualify the best talent for blue-collar jobs in the market. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Hunt for Talent: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and our internal database to discover high-quality candidates.
  • Qualify & Screen: Conduct engaging phone interviews to assess skills, certifications, and project-readiness.
  • Build Talent Pools: Don't just fill today's roles—build a pipeline for the future by keeping top talent warm and engaged.
  • Partner with Recruiters: Work hand-in-hand with our senior recruiters to prioritize vacancies and get the right people in front of the right clients fast.
  • Data Champion: Maintain an impeccable CRM, ensuring every candidate is skill-coded and tracked for maximum efficiency.
  • Compliance: Handle the essential administrative heavy lifting, from collecting certifications to conducting thorough reference checks.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven Experience: You have a background in recruitment (Australian blue-collar experience is a huge plus!).
  • Communication Mastery: You are confident on the phone and can strike up a conversation with anyone.
  • Tech-Savvy: You know your way around Boolean search strings, ATS/CRMs, and spreadsheets.
