Your Role

As an AUReal Estate Sales Operations Administrator, you are responsible for:

• New Listing Process
• Running a Monday checklist
• Comparative Marketing Analysis
• Creating marketing flyers
• Organising open home schedules in VaultRe
• Preparing social media posts using Canva
• Organising and preparing auction documents
• Coordinating auction live photos
• Preparing weekly property reports
• Other ad hoc tasks

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or administration role
• Experience in Australian or New Zealand real estate industry is a plus
• Knowledge and experience in Canva is an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in VaultRe is an advantage
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent attention to detail
