We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Virtual Assistant to support digital marketing operations. This role involves creating and managing marketing assets, updating website content, generating reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Create and edit marketing assets such as banners, display ads, modals, and templates using Canva
- Manage and track tasks through Asana, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation
- Upload, organize, and tag creative assets in file management systems (e.g., Swivle)
- Capture and maintain website screenshots for marketing tracking and reporting purposes
- Update and maintain website content, including supplier landing pages and product resources via CMS/Admin tools
- Generate and analyze marketing reports (e.g., co-op metrics, sales reports, top 100 reports) using Excel and various platforms
- Perform quarterly co-op invoicing by validating contract data and ensuring accuracy of financial records
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to gather required information and execute updates
- Assist in email marketing campaigns, including banner creation and scheduling via platforms like Xink
- Ensure all outputs meet quality standards, branding guidelines, and task requirements

Qualifications:

- Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and suppliers

- Experience with CMS platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus
