What We Are Looking for in You:
- With Australian Mortgage Experience (preferably non-bank lender)
- A passion for teamwork and collaboration
- High attention to detail
- A minimum of 2 years settlement experience in a bank or non-bank sector
- A sound understanding of the end-to-end loan settlement process
- Experience liaising with law firms, brokers, Sales Teams/BDMs, conveyancers, and settlement agencies
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while meeting KPIs
- Experience managing a pipeline of deals with multiple tasks and deadlines
- High level of competency in computer and web-based applications
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Main Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:
- Manage an inventory of approved loans and coordinate settlement dates with relevant parties (e.g., panel
- solicitors, service providers, and customers)
- Manage work inventory in accordance with prescribed SLAs
- Email inbox management
- Provide status updates and create tasks within internal systems
- Document review and verification
- Provide support to the Settlements team and the wider MA Money team as required
