About the Role
- You'll work remotely with a busy, friendly teamsupporting the end-to-end mortgage process through sharp analysis and seamless admin support.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple loan files in different stages.
- Complete detailed serviceability assessments for PAYG and self-employed borrowers.
- Analyze complex income structures and borrowing capacity.
- Compare loan options to suit client priorities and lender policies.
- Use systems like AFG FLEX and BrokerEngine.
- Communicate clearly in writing and conversation.
Job Requirements:
About YOU
- You're analytical, calm under pressure, and proactive.
- You know how to keep applications clean, compliant, and moving forward.
About YOUR Work History
- 5+ years in finance, lending, or mortgage broking.
- Skilled in servicing calculators and reading financial docs.
- Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking is desirable.
- You've juggled multiple files and deadlines beforeand done it well.
