Qualifications
- 1 to 5 years of residential lending experience
- Minimum 1 year of administrative support in the AU mortgage industry, including credit management
- Hands-on experience with loan lodging processes
- Proficiency in ApplyOnline and CoreLogic or similar valuation tools
- Strong understanding of lending terminology, policies, and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong prioritization skills with ability to manage shifting deadlines
- Self-managed with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Critical thinking with proactive approach
- Professional and relationship-focused mindset
- Team-oriented with results-driven attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) or equivalent preferred
