Key Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for clients throughout their project.
Provide regular updates to clients regarding project timelines, milestones, and next steps.
Assist with onboarding new clients, including document preparation and coordination.
Manage and respond to incoming client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Schedule meetings, site visits, and internal handovers between clients and project teams.
Collaborate closely with the team on design, approvals, construction and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain clear communication across departments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication logs in the CRM system and Project Management system.
Support the team in managing variations, selections, and documentation processes.
Assist in preparation of project packs, reports, and handover documentation
Working on Australian is a must
Experience in a Building Constructions and renovation's industry is an advantage
Previous experience in a client support, administration, or coordination role (preferably in construction, building, or a related industry).
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software and CRM systems.
A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
