Job Description

General:

  • Outstanding reading comprehension
  • Meticulous attention to Detail

Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping: Prepare or review client bookkeeping. Record transactions, reconcile accounts, run reports.
  • Document management: Request, receive and organize client documentation. Read and understand a wide variety of documents and know where to file them.
  • Managing the entire client GL, resolving discrepancies;
  • Verifying financial statements, ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate
  • Preparation of income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies
  • Financial reporting
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Analysis
  • Reconciliations
  • Providing accounting services to all areas of the client business as necessary;

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in accountancy
  • Must have excellent English communication skills
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
