Job Description
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Primary function is to support Project Manager(s) in duties involving internal and external communications, data system management, and ATM installation monitoring.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact for 3rd Party Rigging Vendors for ATM Deployment projects, specifically for site survey planning, scheduling, OOS procurement, and deliverables.
- Manage and monitor all Day of Install activities, including Rigger and CE escalations.
- Schedule and lead weekly Rigger readiness calls to ensure accurate scheduling; confirm ATM Serial Number, location, and configuration alignment.
- Schedule and lead weekly CE readiness calls.
- Coordinate with the warehouse regarding ATM shipment locations, build accuracy, and ordering/tracking of small parts.
- Responsible for requesting project planning resources, including bridgeline and field support.
- Work with internal stakeholders to secure CE scheduling and assignments.
- Manage and monitor all Day of Install activities and provide updates to the NCR Project Manager.
- Collect and submit deliverables to the NCR Project Manager and upload them to the QuickBase application.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Use system reports to manage project activities.
- Review all staging photos to confirm correct model and configuration.
- Handle project site creation, external tasks, work orders, and PO creation.
- Manage PO lifecycle from creation to closure.
- Update and maintain EPM QuickBase with accurate project data.
Basic Qualifications
- Must have a university degree, college diploma, or relevant industry experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of project coordination/project management experience in ATM deployment or related industry/projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and shifting timelines.
- Great attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment; can quickly respond and prioritize multiple demands.
- Ability to build and influence schedules to meet critical criteria and contract-bound timelines.
- Solid experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tools such as QuickBase, EPM, ServiceNow.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to give clear and unambiguous instructions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective coordination with team members and managers.
- Strong customer relationship and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong sense of urgency and integrity.
