Core Qualifications and Education

● A mid-level experience of 2 to 3 years as a Jira Administrator is acceptable.

● Expertise in configuring and managing Jira projects, workflows, and permissions.

● Proficient in handling user directories, permissions, roles, and group administration within Jira.

● Strong understanding of custom workflows, transitions, and automation within Jira.

● Capable of troubleshooting and resolving Jira-related issues efficiently.

● Strong skills in documenting configurations, preparing reports, and providing end-user support and training.

● Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field

● Jira Administrator Certification (Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator) or relevant Atlassian certifications 

may be a plus.

● Good communication skills in English.

● Ability to collaborate and work closely with others.
