Job Description

Lone Wolf is seeking an Atlassian Administrator to support the IT Service Management team across our offices in the US, Canada, Colombia, and the Philippines. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance Jira workflowsparticularly in Problem, Incident, Change, and Release Managementwhile ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian environments (workflows, permissions, schemes, dashboards).
  • Develop, implement, and support custom scripts and automation for Jira integrations with third-party applications (e.g., Power Automate, Outlook, Power BI, internal tools).
  • Design and manage REST API integrations to enable seamless data flow between Jira and business applications.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and recommend workflow or integration improvements.
  • Build and maintain ITIL-based workflows for Problem, Incident, Change, and Release Management in a fast-growing organization.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills, working quickly and efficiently to balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL best practice frameworks.
  • Minimum English proficiency: Level B.
  • 2Proven experience administering and configuring Atlassian environments (Jira/Confluence).
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and hands-on experience in ITSM workflows.
  • Experience designing and maintaining Problem, Incident, Change, and Release Management workflows.
  • Proficiency in automation scripting (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript, Power Automate).
  • Experience with REST API integrations for data exchange between Jira and business applications.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Minimum English proficiency: Level B.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating Jira with Power Automate, Outlook, Power BI, or other enterprise tools.
  • Familiarity with fast-growing company environments and scaling ITSM processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of workflow customization, reporting, and dashboard optimization.
  • Experience with Confluence administration and knowledge management best practices.
