Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Procurement (Diagnostic) located in Pasay. The role involves overseeing procurement operations, evaluating suppliers, managing contracts, and conducting effective negotiations. The Assistant Manager will ensure the sourcing of quality diagnostic products and services, optimize costs, and maintain strong vendor relationships. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying sourcing opportunities, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement
  • Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate costs, quality, and vendor capabilities
  • Experience in overseeing procurement operations, with a focus on diagnostic products/services
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with teams effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is MUST
