Job Description

Job Title: Digital Publisher - Asst. Manager

The Digital Marketing team is responsible for Australia's digital marketing strategy and execution.

The Digital Publisher ensures timely, accurate, and brand-compliant publishing of digital content across the firm's web platforms. This role supports the delivery of best-in-class digital experiences by applying publishing standards, accessibility, and SEO principles. It is critical in maintaining content integrity and supporting campaign execution aligned to business priorities.

  • Reporting to the Website manager to prioritise the pipeline according to regulatory and strategic marketing need reassigning any work not in pipeline back to marketing managers
  • Understanding key business requirements and translating business needs and work with the broader content team to deliver innovative, aspirational content.
  • Delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns through timely fulfillment with a focus on speed-to-market.
  • Ongoing content publishing and and maintenance of content for the firms site
  • Working with the Digital UX Researcher to define best practice layouts and optimising accordingly
  • Page adjustments and edits in line with marketing strategy and core firm pillars.
  • Site uplift tasks.
  • Sound content management practices – removing potential roadblocks and streamlining ways of working.
  • Management of content lifecycle, including expiration of old content and performing periodic assessment of evergreen pages.
  • Keeping an up-to-date log of activities using Wrike, as well as in the digital tracker, and in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Project management and driving for best digital and client outcomes.
  • Other as required

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree qualified preferred (comms/marketing/computer science). Experience: 3+ years.
  • Technical qualifications: Adobe Experience Manager AEM (Mandatory), Brightedge (Screaming Frog, Moz or similar), Adobe creative and marketing stack (PS/XD/AI/AA/Target etc), Google Analytics, Crownpeak/Monsido or similar, Hotjar (or similar CX/UX analytics)
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is the key content and digital asset management platform. To quickly and efficiently publish repurposed and new content to the site and to assist the team with specific digital projects. Strong experience with Content Management Systems specifically Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Edits to HTML code are made to improve page layouts and enhance component functionality.
  • Project Management - To ensure delivery of projects associated with digital content remain focused on positive digital outcomes and client experiences. Experience with driving programs of work through a range of managed tasks.
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • To produce, refine and edit digital resources in line with brand style.
  • Writing skills
  • Work with the content team to review and re-purpose content to ensure quality and brand alignment that is optimised for search and suited to a digital environment (digital first).
  • Search
  • To ensure content ranks highly with search engines based from both a copy and structural basis, while also ensuring content addresses key customer/client needs. Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM techniques, including PPC advertising.
  • Customer Experience and User Experience (CX/UX)
  • To ensure that the brand experience presented on the website aligns with both our core business goals and with what our client (and prospective client) needs are – also ensuring that our experience is current, aspirational and has a purpose. Experience with CX techniques such as journey mapping. Experience with UX concepts, including UX writing and design. Up-to-date and emerging knowledge of both areas.
