MedEthix Inc.(An Ayala Affiliate under AC Health Group)is looking for a proficient Assistant Modern Trade Marketing Manager for Consumer Health. The perfect candidate should be skilled in creating and implementing marketing strategies that are in line with the company's goals and foster business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored trade marketing strategiesacross general trade and modern trade, ensuring alignment with the overall brand objectives and market trends defined by the Sales & Marketing Manager
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Managerto create and execute in-store visibility campaigns, retail activations, and optimize product placement and merchandising efforts.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activitiesto develop actionable insights that drive trade marketing decisions and improve market positioning.
- Handle the execution and evaluation of trade promotions, ensuring alignment with sales targets, and providing ROI-driven recommendations to optimize promotional strategies.
- Track trade marketing budgetsand allocate resources efficiently to ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Supervise the coordination with teamsto optimize product assortment, pricing, and placement strategies in line with category objectives and retail goals.
- Ensure seamless communication between sales, marketing, supply chain, and/or distributionteams for the smooth execution of trade marketing initiatives.
- Play a pivotal role in aligning cross-functional teams and external partnersto maximize in-store conversion and overall sales impact.
- Utilize competitive intelligenceto assess in-store marketing activities, pricing strategies, and promotions by competitors, providing insights to strengthen the company's market position.
- Provide leadership and guidanceto the Trade Marketing Executive, ensuring timely and effective execution of all trade marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least minimum of (5) years experience in trade marketing or a related field (preferably in FMCG, Home Goods, Personal Care, Healthcare, or similar industries).
- Experience in budget management, sales analysis, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrates integrity in all aspects of work, ensuring honesty, accountability, and ethical decision-making.
- Willing to travel for field visits, trade checks, and/or store visits.
