THE
ROLEWe are looking for motivated Associate Technical Consultants with a strong interest in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) industry. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience, especially those with some exposure to banking and finance conce
pts.
OPPORTUNI
- TIES You will support Level 1-2 issues for digital banking applications (web and mob
- ile).You will assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolu
- tion.You will help configure and test digital banking customer jour
- neys.You will support API integrations with core banking and external sys
- tems.You will monitor application performance and assist in upgrades and f
- ixes.You will create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge arti
- cles.You will work closely with senior consultants and banking stakehol

- kills You should have degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance, or related
- field.You should have 1-2 years of work experience (fresh graduates are also wel
- come).You should have basic experience or knowledge in banking and financial services (internships, projects, coursework, or work experi
- ence).You should have understanding of web/mobile applications and REST
- APIs.You should have basic programming knowledge (Java, JavaScript, or sim
- ilar).You should have working knowledge of SQL and data
- bases.You should have high level familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and cloud plat
- forms.You should have effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. International exposure and ability to be deployed across the ter
- ritoryYou should have an agile mindset and thirst for knowledge, willingness to unlearn and re
- learn.Exposure to digital banking platforms (e.g., Temenos Infinity) is pref
- erred.Knowledge of banking domains such as payments, accounts, or onboarding is pref
erred.
