Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Brand, Trade, Operations, Finance) to align supply plans with business goals.
- Monitor supplier performance and develop strategies to improve cost, quality, and lead times.
- Implement and track key performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead process improvements and digital transformation initiatives in the supply chain function.
- Supervise and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- With at least 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, and inventory management, preferably in an FMCG setup.
- Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes; including demand planning, purchasing, inventory control, and distribution.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems; data-driven and highly analytical.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
