Essential Job Functions:

  1. Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.
  2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Brand, Trade, Operations, Finance) to align supply plans with business goals.
  3. Monitor supplier performance and develop strategies to improve cost, quality, and lead times.
  4. Implement and track key performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency.
  5. Lead process improvements and digital transformation initiatives in the supply chain function.
  6. Supervise and develop a high-performing supply chain team.

Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. With at least 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, and inventory management, preferably in an FMCG setup.
  3. Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
  4. Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes; including demand planning, purchasing, inventory control, and distribution.
  5. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems; data-driven and highly analytical.
  6. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
