Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to other Solution Architects for elements such as completing scoping questionnaires withclients.
- Have a high-level understanding of the technical product portfolio.
- Undertake technical pre-sales engagements, including but not limited to:
-Generation of customer proposals
-Supporting Sales and Accounts team to nurture and progress client new business wins and existingbusiness retention in proposals and RFPs/Tenders.
- Capture and provide customer/business requirements and feedback on existing products.
- Providing input to/influence new technical developments/approaches within our markets.
- Undertake the initial Pre-Sales ticket triage process
- Engage with our sales teams to introduce new initiatives
Qualifications:
- A willingness to understand technology and processes related to the Security Operation Centers (experience orunderstanding of Splunk, Microsoft, Carbon Black and Crowdstrike knowledge is a bonus) and relatedactivities.
- Experience in scoping and designing client solutions.
- Cyber Security knowledge with evidence of the ability to learn and understand challenges and solutions.
- Ability to aid colleagues with visualizing, conceptualize, articulate problems and construct solutions.
Work Set Up: Hybrid (2-3x Onsite)
